Chuck Muehlbauer is MIA's Technical Director and a member of the Technical Review Committee for the newly updated Dimension Stone Design Manual, VII. Chuck has spent over 25 years in the stone industry, with experience in stone fabrication, installation, anchorage design, stone selection, industrial stone applications, estimating, laboratory testing and sales. A member of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Committee C18 on Dimension Stone since 1989, he presently serves as its Secretary. Chuck also chairs Subcommittee C18.08 on Stone Selection. He has written and edited papers published by the ASTM and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
