Mike Micalizzi is the Director of Technical Services for Custom Building Products. He was the owner of a Tile & Stone installation company in New Haven, CT.

Mike has been in the technical field for many years. At Laticrete International, he was the Technical Training Supervisor; at MAPEI, he was the head of the Technical Department. He is an active participant in the industry technical committees for ANSI, MMSA, NTCA, TCNA, & MIA and has presented at SURFACES and COVERINGS.
